Electrical work scoped, priced and delivered by one licenced contractor.
Licenced electrical contractor in East Brisbane, working across residential, commercial and industrial projects. No phone estimates and no mid-job surprises. We scope the work on site, price the whole job, and hand you a number you can plan around.
AMP’D Services Group is a licensed electrical contractor based in Camp Hill, serving the East Brisbane suburbs. We estimate, project manage and deliver residential, commercial and industrial electrical work under Electrical Contractor Licence 1504460. Every job is scoped on site before it is priced.
What we do
Four ways we work with clients
Pick the area that matches your project and we will show you exactly how we scope, price and deliver it.

Project Services
Estimating, project management and technical advisory from a licensed electrical contractor. We prepare the estimate, manage the delivery and issue the compliance documentation, so you get one scope, one number and one point of contact from tender through to handover.

Commercial
Planned, documented and audit ready. Compliance testing, fit outs and de-fits, and long term service agreements across single sites and multi-site portfolios, with test records and reporting supplied as standard rather than on request.

About AMP’D
Twenty-three years on the tools, fifteen years running the numbers.
AMP’D brings twenty-three years in the electrical industry and fifteen years estimating and managing commercial projects, which is an unusual combination. Most contractors price work they will build without ever formally estimating it. Most estimators price work they could never build. AMP’D does both, and that is the whole reason the numbers hold.
AMP’D Services Group works out of Camp Hill under Electrical Contractor Licence 1504460. Every quote is signed off by a licensed contractor who could build the job.
Why AMP’D
Four reasons clients keep us on.
These are the differences that show up on the invoice, not just in the brochure.
01
The project is controlled, not just completed
Most electrical packages are managed on a phone call and a feel for where the budget sits. Yours gets experienced project management: a programme with dates, project controls that track progress against it, and financial management that reports committed cost against the original number. Variations are priced and approved before the work happens, not after. Progress reporting comes to you on a set rhythm rather than being chased out of us, so you see the number move while there is still time to do something about it.
02
We scope the whole job before we price it
Every AMP’D quote starts with a free site inspection, not a phone estimate. We scope the job, price it properly and give you a number you can plan around. If our figure is higher on day one, it is usually because it is complete. A quote that has not been scoped is not cheaper, it is just unfinished, and the gap turns up later as variations.
03
We are a planned partner
Our work is built around planned electrical maintenance, asset replacement and scheduled project delivery. We would rather build the programme that stops the fault happening than be the number you call once it has. Fewer emergencies beats faster emergencies, and over a five-year portfolio it costs considerably less.
04
Licensed, insured and documented as standard
Electrical Contractor Licence 1504460. Full public liability and professional indemnity cover. A certificate of compliance issued on every job, with test records and project reporting supplied as standard rather than on request. When the audit lands, the paperwork is already there.

What clients say
The people who keep calling us back.
How we work
From first call to certificate of compliance.
The same five steps whether it is a switchboard in Coorparoo or a fit out across three sites.
01
You call or send an enquiry
Tell us what you need, or tell us what the problem is and we will work out what you need. You get a response within 2 business days.
02
We inspect the site, free of charge
We come out and scope the job properly. For homeowners that means looking at your existing switchboard or other electrical services before quoting the work. For commercial and industrial clients it means walking the site, reviewing the existing asset condition and understanding the programme you are working to.
03
You receive a fully scoped quote
A complete scope and a complete number, in writing, with what is included and what is not. If something is legally required, we say so. If a job can genuinely wait two years, we say that too.
04
We deliver the works
One point of contact for the whole job. Scheduled, staged and communicated. If we find something during the works that genuinely could not be seen from the outset, you hear about it before we touch it, not after.
05
You get the documentation
Certificate of compliance on every job, plus test records and project reporting where the work calls for it. Supplied as standard, not on request, and not three weeks later when you chase it.

Where we work
Electrical services across East Brisbane suburbs.
We are based in Camp Hill, and most of our residential work is across the East Brisbane suburbs and surrounds. Our commercial, industrial and project work extends across the Greater Brisbane area, including multi-site portfolios and facilities outside the eastern suburbs.
If you are not sure whether your site is in our area, call 0413 070 411 and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.
Common questions
Questions we get asked before people book.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. AMP’D Services Group holds Electrical Contractor Licence 1504460 and carries both public liability and professional indemnity cover. Certificates are available on request for procurement or prequalification, and a certificate of compliance is issued on every job we complete.
Do you offer 24/7 or emergency callouts?
No. We run planned electrical maintenance and scheduled project delivery, 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, which is generally why our clients have fewer 10pm problems to call anyone about. If you need an emergency service tonight, we are not the right fit and we would rather tell you that now.
Do I need interconnected smoke alarms in my house?
If you own and live in a Queensland home, yes, and the deadline is 1 January 2027. Every bedroom, every hallway connecting bedrooms and every storey needs a photoelectric alarm, and they must all be interconnected so that when one sounds they all sound. Rentals and properties being sold have had to comply since 2022. We install and certify the full system, and we can check what you already have before you spend anything.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Residential work is concentrated across East Brisbane: Camp Hill, Coorparoo, Carindale, Bulimba, Hawthorne, Norman Park, Morningside, Belmont and East Brisbane itself. Commercial, industrial and project work extends across the Greater Brisbane area, including Tingalpa, Cannon Hill, Murarrie and multi-site portfolios further afield.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes and site inspections are free. We will come out, scope the job properly and give you a complete written number. We do not price work over the phone, because a phone estimate is a guess and it is the reason so many electrical quotes change halfway through the job.
What is included in your quote?
A free site inspection, a written scope of works, and a fixed price covering everything we found on the day. That means materials, labour, access and the certificate of compliance, not just the obvious parts. Because we inspect before we price, the number accounts for the things that are easy to miss from a phone call. That sometimes makes our quote higher at the start, and it is usually why it does not move later.
Do you prepare estimates for other contractors and builders?
Yes. Electrical estimating, tender support, scope validation and constructability review are a core part of our Project Services line. Because we are a licensed electrical contractor, the estimate comes from someone who could build the job, which is a materially different exercise to a takeoff prepared by a bureau that has never been on site.
